Gly Evans at GIS ’09: Transforming Public Services’

Glyn Evans, Director of Business Change at the UK’s largest local authority Birmingham City, is to deliver the keynote speech at Headstar’s 19 May event ‘GIS ’09: Transforming Public Services’.
Glyn, who is a member of the Government CIO council and Socitm National Council, will speak on The role of GIS in Transformational Government.
Elsewhere at the event, a series of focused discussion groups will cover topics including Usability of GIS and the return on investment; Making London's roads safer; The role of GIS in tackling crime; GIS in use at Manchester Airport; Implementing the UK Location Strategy; and Geovisualising neighbourhood wellbeing.
